At 06:00 hours, Hasbrouck Heights Fire Command requested a ladder truck and engine respond to the Hilton Hotel, 650 Terrace Ave., for high levels of carbon monoxide in the hotel. Chiefs Meglio and M. Cribben, E901 and T904 responded and assisted the HHFD with evacuating the building, monitoring the atmosphere for carbon monoxide and ventilating the building. All WR units were back in service at 08:48 hours.
