At 11:45 hours, the WRFD was dispatched to 428 North Ave. for the report of an odor of natural gas in the home. Firefighters entered the house and immediately recorded 105 ppm of carbon monoxide in the basement. The gas supply to the clothes dryer and HVAC was secured and the house was vented. There were no injuries and the scene was turned over to PSEG. All units were back in service at 12:41 hours.
