| At 13:29 hours, the WRFD was dispatched to 16 Veterans Drive for a vehicle fire. While responding, units were advised the fire had extended to the structure. Companies arrived and were able to extinguish a rapidly extending fire in under an hour. Two dogs were safely removed from the building and there were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the WR Fire Prevention Bureau. All units were back in service at 16:00 hours.
