House fire

At 05:31 hours, the WRFD was dispatched to 78 Columbia St. for the reported house fire. Firefighters arrived and found a fire on the first floor of the vacant home. The fire was quickly extinguished and contained to the first floor. There were no injuries reported. The fire remains under investigation by the Fire Prevention Bureau and the WRPD. All units were back in service at 07:45 hours.
